The service
Exevo Pan provides tools and information related to the online game Tibia, including auction filters, boss tracking, calculators, blog content and related features.
Exevo Pan is an independent fan project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by CipSoft GmbH. Tibia and all related assets are trademarks and copyrights of CipSoft GmbH.
Accounts
Some features require signing in with a third-party authentication provider (such as Google or Discord). You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your chosen provider secure.
You must provide accurate information and may not use the service in a way that impersonates others or circumvents access controls.
Exevo Pro and payments
Certain features are offered as Exevo Pro or other paid options (such as auction highlighting). Unless stated otherwise at checkout, Exevo Pro is a one-time purchase for the features described at the time of purchase.
Payments are processed by third-party providers. Pricing, currency options and taxes shown at checkout apply. Except where required by law, purchases are generally non-refundable once the service has been delivered.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse Exevo Pan. That includes attempting to disrupt the service, scrape or overload our systems in an abusive way, reverse engineer protected parts of the service beyond what the law allows, or use the platform for illegal, harassing or fraudulent activity.
User-generated content (for example in hunting groups) must not include illegal material, hate speech, or content that violates others’ rights. We may remove content or restrict access when we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.
Data and accuracy
Much of the data shown on Exevo Pan is derived from public sources, including the official Tibia website. We aim to keep information useful and up to date, but we do not guarantee that it is complete, accurate or current.
You are solely responsible for decisions you make based on information or tools provided by Exevo Pan.
Intellectual property
The Exevo Pan name, branding and original site materials are owned by their respective owners. Game assets displayed on the site remain the property of CipSoft GmbH.
Parts of the Exevo Pan project are open source. Open-source components are governed by their respective licenses; these Terms govern your use of the hosted website and related online services.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Exevo Pan is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the service.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Exevo Pan after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision.
